I Need a Break

I’ve been running straight for the past 4-5 weeks now, doing 6 miles max on Sundays, (3-4 miles/runs, 2 weekday runs), under keto, and it’s going well. I’ve had a shit ton of house projects this weekend, cleaning the dining room and bird cages. I’m not running tonight, and will probably not run this week.

The good news is that the yoga has definitely, definitely helped. I still need the post-run routines, but at least they seem to be doing something. My stride is better. My ankle is 100%, my piriformis is about 95%. I only feel an occasional twinge in it.

Fully in keto, and I feel leaner and lighter. Got the Wii U back online, so maybe I’ll start weighing myself again. Dunno.
