2 oz ginger liqueur
1.5 oz Grenadine
1.5 oz lemon juice
Too ginger liqueury, but that was the only way I can mute the lemon juice flavor without making it too rummy. Things to try next: 1) Go back to equal parts rum and liqueur while dropping the lemon [...]
